Yoga at the Office
Bringing yoga to your workplace empowers your people to take care of their health and stress management.
Our gentle program is suited to all fitness levels. Participants learn to use simple yoga techniques they can perform at their desks - moves that are safe, effective and easy to do. You practice techniques to reduce the physical tension created by working at a computer or a desk, and you learn to manage the emotional stress associated with our hectic and demanding lifestyles.
Our yoga exercises can be performed in a chair in normal business attire. In addition to yoga stretching and other physical exercises, you practice specific breathing techniques proven to enhance focus, concentration and performance on tasks. Using techniques like the five minute stress break, you immediately experience more energy, mental clarity and greater peace of mind - without leaving your office.
